Polymethyl Methacrylate is widely used in the lighting industry. The material is very transparent, scratch resistant, strong, and can withstand various weather conditions.

Properties

Highly transparent, crystal clear, optical gloss, scratch resistant, strong, hard and stiff, reasonably weather resistant, easy to glue, print and paint. The material is also quite brittle, moderately impact resistant and not resistant to chemical and alcohol-containing substances.
