The history of CKV Plastics

1983

Ad and Cobie Castelijn started Castelijn Kunststof Verwerking (Castelijn Plastic Processing) in their own backyard, with one machine producing flowerpots. In 1986, the company moved to larger premises at de Lange Hei.

1986

A new hall with office space was built so Castelijn Kunststof Verwerking could continue to grow.

1992

Focus on automation.

1997

In 1997, the company was ISO-9002 certified. Mentalities, working methods and processes were continuously scrutinised in subsequent years in order to meet the demanding requirements of clients and industries.

2010

In 2010, the family business was officially taken over by Ron and Gabrielle Castelijn, who changed the name to CKV Plastics B.V.

2015

CKV Plastics has implemented the Master Sample Storage System.

2017

Implementation of Mitutoyo Measurlink

2018

Purchase of 3 new machines, which brings the total to 19 machines.

2019

CKV Plastics became part of the HPI-Group.
