From key fobs to metal replacement products: at CKV Plastics, we can develop products from 0.5 to 500 g and with a closing force of 250 to 3000 kN. Additionally, we are specialised in covering caps and TPE products.

Which sectors does CKV Plastics work for?

CKV Plastics is not bound to any specific industry. We can manufacture almost all plastic products, regardless of industry or sector. Would you like more information? Do not hesitate to contact us.

How does CKV plastics ensure quality during the production process?

During the approval process of a new product, a schedule is written by our injection moulders in order to ascertain a process that is as stable and ideal as possible; so the products can be reproduced in terms of dimensions and appearance. The master samples and process parameters are stored after approval so our team always has a reference. Training and preventative maintenance on the machine and mould will take care of the rest.
