ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate)

This impact/scratch resistant, weather-resistant plastic is mainly used for external panels in the automotive industry, furniture, casings for electrical equipment and suitcases.

Applications

Outdoor panels, garden furniture, electrical equipment casings and suitcases.

Properties

Resistant to ageing, weather resistant, reasonably impact resistant (even in cold environments), scratch resistant, high-gloss finish and reasonably resistant to chemicals.
