ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

You will definitely know this plastic: it’s used to make Lego. ABS is dimensionally stable, hard, and scratch-resistant, but may not fair so well against the influence of the weather.

Lego and casings for indoor use.

Properties

Dimensionally stable, high level of stiffness, very high-gloss finish, can be easily chromed, hard and scratch resistant, chemical resistant and is poorly resistant to weather (becomes brittle and yellows due to UV effects).
